Hyatt Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented HRIT Reporting & Data Analyst to support global HR analytics initiatives. This role will maintain and enhance Hyatts HR reporting systems, aggregate data from multiple sources, and provide actionable insights to support HR and payroll decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in HR reporting tools and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, support, and enhance Hyatts HR reporting and analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with HRIT, HR, and Payroll teams to fulfill reporting requirements across global teams.
  • Identify appropriate data sources (EDW, HRIS, Payroll systems) based on report requests.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy reports using tools such as:
  • ADP Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, LMS Reporting
  • SQL, Alteryx, Tableau
  • Aggregate and validate data from multiple systems for enterprise-level reporting.
  • Conduct audit checks, annual data validations, and recommend process improvements.
  • Analyze report issues, troubleshoot data quality problems, and ensure accuracy of HR data.
  • Perform statistical analysis and research to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including reporting guides, data dictionaries, and admin materials.
  • Respond to urgent, sometimes confidential reporting requests while maintaining compliance with security protocols.
  • Prototype reporting solutions and dashboards for HR end users as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of HR report writing experience (joins, combining tables, aggregating data).
  • Minimum 2 years of HRIS/HRIT or database system administration experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Alteryx, and HR reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing reports from systems such as ADP Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, LMS Reporting.
  • Ability to aggregate and validate data from multiple sources (EDW, HRIS, Payroll).
  • Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data auditing, data integrity checks, and troubleshooting.
  • High level of reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • HR, HRIS, or payroll functional knowledge.
  • Experience documenting end-user guides, data dictionaries, and admin materials.
  • Basic to advanced statistical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
