Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Customer Relations Representative. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• People-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty, and Life and Health licenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This position is with an independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete licensing and training requirements. The salary range is $45,000 - $80,000 annually.
