The Advancement Services Associate will provide day-to-day support to the management of all donor information systems for The Agnes Irwin School Development Office. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing the school's fundraising campaigns, alumnae relations program, parent relations program, and various school events. This position will work closely with the Agnes Irwin Business Office, Information Technology team, and Enrollment Management team to ensure the proper flow of information across the Agnes Irwin organization.\nEssential Responsibilities

Enter constituent information and activity into the donor database; accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.\nEnsure the generation of acknowledgments for donations within an appropriate timeframe.\nNew student/family imports, incoming/outgoing faculty & staff, obtaining and maintaining constituent mailing/email updates, and periodic audits of donor files and database records.\nAssist with generating pledge reminders, work with gift officers on follow-up with donors, and conduct pledge reviews to ensure all monthly gifts have been reviewed/acknowledged.\nStrategically work with team members to manage the production of scheduled and on-demand targeted mailing lists and data pulls in a timely fashion for events, direct mail, email, and other communications.\nReporting Functions

Run queries, exports and reports to support the needs of the team.\nSupport the Database Manager on routine reports to reflect the ongoing success and outcomes of all development efforts. Generate scheduled and on-demand reports in a timely fashion for key meetings including those of the Board of Trustees, Development Committee, and Alumnae Board.\nAssist with daily and monthly Business Office reports as well as fiscal year-end auditor requests and National DASL report.\nOther Duties

Manage the creation of name tags for special events\nAttend and assist with Development Special Events (occasionally on weekends or evenings)\nQualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional setting\nExperience in data management or related activity with proven accuracy and efficiency required\nExperience in relationship databases required; Blackbaud Raiser's Edge fundraising database preferred\nSkills, Abilities and Competencies Required

Position Overview

Harcum College is seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Information Technology / CIO to provide visionary and hands‑on leadership for all IT functions. Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Director will oversee strategic planning, system implementation, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and technology innovation across the College. This role requires strong ERP expertise (Ellucian preferred), proven leadership experience, and the ability to foster collaborative solutions that support Harcum’s mission, academic programs, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT strategic and operational planning, fostering innovation and setting priorities among initiatives.
Anticipate and plan for future technology needs, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
Oversee daily operations of networks, hardware, operating systems, and applications for academic and administrative use.
Manage the IT budget, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Provide technical support and guidance to faculty, staff, and students, including LMS and ERP systems.
Direct, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Serve as project lead on IT initiatives, ensuring coordination with campus stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with student data collection and reporting requirements.
Maintain and document operational policies and procedures.
Participate in technical work such as network management, system security, and programming as needed.
Stay current with emerging technologies and practices to advance the College’s IT strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually , commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
7 or more years of progressively responsible IT experience, including leadership and managerial accountability (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered). Experience in Higher Education or closely allied non‑profit organizations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cloud management, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and database administration.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred: expertise with Ellucian ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT operations and initiatives in a higher education setting.
