What You'll Be Doing:

Providing friendly, helpful service to customers in English
- (Spanish and Portuguese if you are fluent)
Assisting with payments, account details, and resolving issues
Handling of inbound and outbound calls to help customers bring accounts current
Staying upbeat—even when handling tough calls
Working closely with a supportive team that's always got your back

What You Need to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English (spoken and written) with either Spanish or Portuguese being a plus!
Strong communication and people skills
Basic computer knowledge (we'll train you on the rest!)
A positive attitude and a drive to grow
