This role supports the operational and strategic needs of the Investor Relations and Public Relations teams while providing executive-level assistance to the Senior Vice President. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential communications. The position serves as a professional point of contact for investors and helps coordinate events, presentations, and quarterly earnings activities. It also maintains organized systems, prepares presentation materials, and improves daily department operations through proactive problemsolving.

Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting senior leadership within corporate communications, investor relations, finance or executive operations in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. • Exceptional professionalism, discretion and interpersonal presence in managing confidential, high-visibility matters. • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of quality and accuracy. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM platforms and investor relations tools preferred. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, often under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Confident and resourceful in solving problems and delivering results in high-stakes environments.
