Overview The L10 In-House Biddable Media Activation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of in-house biddable media buying. This position focuses on ensuring campaigns are launched efficiently, budgets are optimized, and media performance consistently meets our key performance indicators (KPIs). You will oversee daily operations, manage the in-house team, and ensure compliance with governance and quality standards. Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Campaign Oversight

Direct the full execution of Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns with an emphasis on quality and timely delivery. Establish operational standards, processes, and KPIs for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Promote the use of automation, AI, and performance tools to enhance efficiency and media ROI. Provide strategic oversight for complex campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with media governance standards, including brand safety and audit requirements. Set up operational controls and reporting frameworks to safeguard media spend and performance. Act as the primary escalation point for compliance or vendor issues within the in-house media function.

Financial & Performance Stewardship

Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and media performance, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and cost efficiency. Monitor and validate campaign performance metrics to ensure accountability and transparency. Collaborate with LG1 to aid in the measurement of productivity, cost optimization, and savings attribution.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

Lead, mentor, and coach the in-house media operations team to promote their professional growth and success. Cultivate a high-performing team culture grounded in best practices and continuous improvement. Partner with LG1 to develop training programs and succession planning.

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary operational liaison to Brand, Media Lead, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams. Represent in-house media execution in senior discussions, providing insights on performance and operational recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and platforms to ensure compliance and alignment.

People Responsibilities: This role will advance the media strategy for the media team: Enhance team capabilities, motivation, and engagement. Mentor and support team members in skill development. Set and monitor performance goals for team members. Provide timely feedback on performance. Create meaningful developmental paths for team members. Boost team motivation and retention. Compensation and Benefits: Expected compensation range: $106,400 - $178,100. Starting salary will be influenced by location, experience, and skills. Performance-based bonus eligibility: 12% of annual salary, paid annually. Paid time off for eligible activities including parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in digital and programmatic media, with experience on both agency and client sides. Solid background in FMCG or multi-brand environments with performance-driven campaigns. Proven ability to lead large-scale media operations with tangible results. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and media productivity tracking. Hands-on expertise in DSP ecosystems and ad verification tools. In-depth understanding of audience strategy and media governance. Experience managing small to mid-sized media operations teams for peak performance. Ability to influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment. Knowledge of media measurement and attribution models. Passionate about consumer segment insights and media behaviors. Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. Able to prioritize and maintain focus in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
