Job Description Gpac is collaborating with a reputable agricultural equipment dealership in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader. This pivotal role will oversee the sales team, service department, and warehouse operations at our agriculture-focused parts and components distribution center. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a dynamic team of inside and outside sales representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both new and used agricultural equipment parts, including components for tractors and combines. Foster and maintain strong relationships with regional agriculture producers, dealers, and independent repair shops. Track sales performance, set achievable goals, and mentor team members to surpass targets. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities. Oversee the service department to ensure prompt and accurate support for customer inquiries and parts compatibility. Establish best practices for service excellence, focusing on maximizing customer retention. Work closely with technical staff to troubleshoot escalated issues and enhance product knowledge. Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Qualifications: 5+ years of leadership experience in agricultural sales or a related field. Solid understanding of agricultural equipment and components, including tractors, combines, drivetrains, and hydraulics. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Familiarity with ERP systems, sales CRMs, and inventory management tools. High level of initiative, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in aftermarket parts sales. Technical background in equipment repair or service management preferred. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
