What You’ll Actually Do
Capture real estate photos that
make people stop scrolling and start clicking
Film compelling walkthroughs, lifestyle footage, and team content that sells the story
Shoot events, behind-the-scenes, and content for our brand and partners
Edit fast, clean, and on-brand using our in-house systems
Meet sellers, clients, and staff in person with professionalism and confidence
Upload your media same-day with accuracy and consistency
Deliver and place signage and lockboxes when needed
Join our team in building one of the most elite real estate media libraries on the East Coast

You know how to make something LOOK GOOD and MOVE FAST
You take direction like a pro and can handle feedback without ego
You’re passionate about visual storytelling and constantly improving your craft
You thrive in a
fast-paced, high-standard culture

You’re tech-savvy and know your way around media platforms, editing software, and mobile tools
You have a
clean driving record
and reliable transportation
You’re reliable, resourceful, and ready to
show up big
We have training and full courses ready for the right person.
But you
must
love photography, video, and media.
And you must be committed to mastering your craft, not just clocking hours.
Responsibilities Your Role
Take jaw-dropping photographs of
homes
and
spaces
that sell with a creative eye for details that make buyers click “book a showing.”
Meet clients
and brokers with poise, charisma, and professionalism—you're not just a photographer; you're an ambassador of our brand.
Manage and upload
digital assets same day—because speed and quality go hand in hand in our game.
Edit photos quickly and efficiently.
From
living rooms
to
events , every shot counts, and you know how to tell a story with your lens.
Deliver and install lockboxes and signage.
We have drones, cameras, lenses, software, and more.
We are looking for someone looking to grow!
Qualifications What You Bring
Technical skill —you’re not just good with a camera; you understand software and platforms and have mobile tech savvy.
You’ve got a
clean driving record
and reliable transportation because every battle needs the right logistics.
You handle
feedback
like a champion—adjusting on the fly and growing stronger with every piece of input.
You’re coachable . We don’t hire people who think they know everything. We hire people who are
obsessed with improvement .
You’ve got a

Compensation $15 hourly + Bonuses
