Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters to clients. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements related to intellectual property. Represent clients in intellectual property disputes and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and strategies. Assist in the preparation and filing of patent and trademark applications. Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for protecting intellectual property assets. Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations. Work closely with other legal professionals to deliver high-quality client service. A successful candidate have: 2-4 years of experience in IP or high-end technology litigation. Excellent academic credentials and strong written advocacy skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and a high level of initiative. Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science strongly preferred. Large law firm or sophisticated technology litigation experience required. Admission to the Bar in the chosen office's state (CA preferred). Candidates with federal clerkship experience (including 2026 completions) strongly encouraged. What's on Offer
