Refuge Roofing is a locally owned roofing and construction company serving Upstate SC and Western NC. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, professional Roofing & Construction Specialist to join our team in an Independent Sales capacity.
This is a commission-only 1099 opportunity with uncapped earning potential. This role is ideal for a disciplined, self-driven professional who values integrity, ownership, and performance-based income.
We are not a high-pressure, storm-chasing company. We are relationship-driven and committed to serving homeowners the right way.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads
Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
Educate homeowners on roofing and restoration solutions
Assist clients through the insurance claim process (when applicable)
Prepare estimates and close contracts
Serve as the on-site point of contact on build day, ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and homeowner satisfaction
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation from contract through completion
Communicate consistently with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Compensation
Commission-only (uncapped earning potential)
Performance-based bonuses available
Potential company vehicle based on performance and tenure
Realistic earning potential: $80,000 – $125,000+ annually for motivated performers

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-orientedProfessional appearance and conduct
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
(roofing and construction experience preferred but not required. Sales experience preferred)
