Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market research, managing property listings, and negotiating contracts. The agent will establish strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the in-house team on title, mortgage, marketing, and other integrated services to deliver a seamless experience.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate practices, Real Property, and Sales
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
Experience in market analysis and property listings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with the Duluth, MN real estate market is preferred
