They operate in a dynamic, hands‑on environment and are expanding rapidly through acquisitions, repositioning initiatives and operational value‑creation across their hotel assets.

Description The Senior Associate / Asset Manager will drive performance across a diversified hotel portfolio, partnering closely with operating teams and senior leadership to maximize asset value.

Oversee operational and financial performance across a portfolio of hotel assets.

Collaborate with third‑party management companies on revenue initiatives, cost controls, labor efficiency and guest‑experience improvements.

Analyse weekly and monthly financial results, identify variances and execute corrective action plans.

Support annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic reporting to internal stakeholders.

Assist in capital planning, refurbishment projects and value‑enhancing initiatives, ensuring projects meet ROI expectations.

Participate in underwriting and due‑diligence work for potential hospitality acquisitions.

Conduct regular on‑site property visits to assess operations, brand execution and performance improvement opportunities.

Profile As a successful Hospitality Asset Management professional you will have:

3-6 years of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, real estate investment, or revenue management.

Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, key performance indicators and operational drivers.

Experience partnering with operating teams and holding them accountable for performance.

Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency.

Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Offer

Competitive base salary in the region of USD 110,000-130,000 (flexible based on experience) plus bonus potential.

Desired Skills and Experience

3-6 years of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, real estate investment or revenue management

Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, KPIs and operational performance drivers

Proven ability to collaborate with and influence third‑party hotel operators

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

Exposure to capital planning, renovations or value‑enhancement projects

Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Hands‑on, entrepreneurial approach suited to a lean, fast‑paced environment

Ability to travel for property visits as required
