Incident Management Analyst – Role Summary Supports the Incident Management manager by coordinating incident communications, documentation, metrics reporting, RCA artifact collection, and corrective action tracking for BSA Product incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain incident logs, timelines, and communications artifacts; ensure completeness and consistency across stakeholders.

Support incident bridges and updates: capture decisions, actions, and status; publish business‑ready summaries.

Track RCA and corrective actions to closure; maintain dependency/action logs and escalate slippage risks.

Produce incident metrics and trend reporting (severity counts, recurrence, time‑to‑restore patterns).

Ensure evidence is retained for incidents with control implications (approvals, communications, RCA docs).

Coordinate post‑incident reviews and document outcomes, lessons learned, and prevention steps.

Partner with IT ops counterparts to translate technical updates into clear stakeholder messages.

Key Stakeholders / Interfaces

Incident Management Manager and Head of Product Assurance.

Corporate IT production support/SRE and engineering teams.

BSA Compliance/Operations users impacted by incidents.

Operational Risk/Audit stakeholders (as applicable).

Success Measures

High‑quality incident documentation and clear communications with minimal rework.

Corrective actions tracked and closed on time; reduced ‘action leakage’.

Reliable metrics that support problem management and investment decisions.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years in technology operations, service management (ITIL), PMO, or product ops roles (banking experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong writing under pressure; able to capture complex situations quickly and accurately.

Comfort with operational tooling (ticketing systems, collaboration tools, basic reporting).

Compensation Range $57,000 to $113,000 annual salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
