Corporate Recruiter

who’s energized by growth, experimentation, and the challenge of finding exceptional talent in competitive markets. You’ll support full‑cycle hiring across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, helping us build the pipelines that fuel our next stage of expansion. This is an ideal role for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn quickly, work cross‑functionally, and make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

Source high‑caliber SaaS talent across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success roles using LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, and outbound outreach

Conduct initial screens to assess skills, motivation, and alignment with a fast‑paced startup environment

Draft and optimize job postings tailored to SaaS talent markets and competitive positioning

Assist with employer branding through social content, event support, and outreach to SaaS communities

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics

Participate in recruiting experiments (new sourcing channels, messaging tests, pipeline analytics) to improve efficiency and conversion

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0–2 years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or startup environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Curiosity about SaaS roles, org structures, and talent markets

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt as priorities shift

Consistent pipeline generation for priority SaaS roles

Strong candidate experience reflected in feedback and conversion rates

Improved sourcing efficiency through experimentation and data insights

Growing ownership of requisitions as skills develop
