is pleased to be partnering with the Texas office of a well regarded Intellectual Property boutique law firm in their search for an Intellectual Property Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience
with patent prosecution
to work on a
REMOTE
basis in Texas.
Requirements
Candidates should have
at least 3 years
of experience working in intellectual property law, particularly patent prosecution, including reviewing documentation from the USPTO and identifying and docketing deadlines.
Must be located in the State of Texas.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with an IP boutique or in the IP section of a full-service law firm.
NOTE The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
