
Position Summary
Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluating associates. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material procedures, reporting unsafe situations to management. Supports the Sam’s Club e‑commerce plan by overseeing operations of e‑commerce programs (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), auditing online customer feedback, resolving complaints, identifying trends, and working with management to implement solutions. Supervises associates supporting e‑commerce programs, assigns duties, provides feedback, ensures coverage at the pickup location. Executes the Sam’s Club Pickup plan, updates operations with key performance indicators, audits customer orders, ensures equipment readiness, evaluates CPU performance, trains associates, and uses metrics to improve efficacy. Supports projects to improve CPU efficiencies, models picking and loading practices, implements process improvement projects, communicates to ensure proper staffing. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, providing guidance on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation per company policies, handles claims and returns, zones, stocks, organizes displays, removes damaged goods, signs and prices merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, secures fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Oversees picking and staging of pickup orders, develops and implements processes, collaborates with managers and partners, monitors progress, addresses improvement opportunities, promotes compliance with ethics, uses Old Door Policy, leads teams, shares resources, determines priorities, coordinates work assignments, models change adaptation, embraces differences, builds trust, mentors, upholds integrity, models Walmart values, supports regulatory compliance, acts self‑less, serves customers and members, balances short‑ and long‑term priorities, delivers results, drives continuous improvement, embraces new technologies, and supports others through change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
