Responsibilities
Direct management of assigned HOA/Condominium communities
Serve as primary advisor to Boards of Directors
Budget preparation and financial review
Vendor contract oversight and capital project coordination
Governing document enforcement and statutory compliance
Meeting facilitation and board reporting
Regular site inspections and property oversight
Qualifications
5+ years of Community Association / HOA / Condo management experience
Demonstrated portfolio management experience
Strong financial literacy (budgets, reserves, variance review)
Vendor negotiation and contract oversight experience
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® preferred (or working toward designation)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
