Inthisrole,youwillassistwithdrafting,reviewing,andnegotiatingrealestate-relateddocuments,including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing materials. You will work with attorneys and other members of the firm on all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, zoning and land use, title matters, and due diligence.
Qualifiedcandidateswillhaveexperiencehandlingrealestatetransactionsandworkingwithdevelopers, lenders, investors,andpropertyowners.Theidealcandidateisdetail-oriented,intellectuallycurious,and able to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Draftrealestatepurchasecontracts,leases,easements,andotheragreements.

Prepareentityandclosingdocuments.
Coordinatetitlecommitmentsonbehalfofnationallyrecognizedtitleinsurancecompanies.
Providelegaladviceandguidancetoclientsregardingpropertytransactions.
Negotiatetermsandconditionsforrealestatetransactionsonbehalfofclients,includingpurchase and sale agreement, leases, loan documents, and closing materials.
Facilitatetheclosingofrealestatetransactions.
Researchrealestatelaws,regulations,andtrendsaffectingtheindustry.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other firm professionals on all phases of real estate transactions,includingacquisitions,dispositions,financing,development,zoningandlanduse,title matters, and due diligence, to achieve client and firm objectives.
