We’re looking for an experienced

Personal Lines Account Manager

to take ownership of a portfolio that includes high-value and middle-market clients. This role is all about strong client relationships, deep personal lines knowledge, and delivering thoughtful, compliant insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership, carriers, and internal teams to ensure clients are well protected, well advised, and well supported. What you’ll be responsible for

Overseeing a personal lines book with complex and high-net-worth accounts

Reviewing policies regularly to confirm coverage is appropriate and complete

Acting as the main contact for clients and handling service needs with urgency and accuracy

Managing renewals, endorsements, policy updates, and claims support

Evaluating exposures and offering informed coverage recommendations

Staying ahead of market changes and emerging risks

Working directly with underwriters to secure competitive terms

Keeping detailed, compliant records in the agency management system

Partnering with producers and supporting junior team members through collaboration and guidance

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in personal lines account management

Active Property & Casualty license

Strong working knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty personal lines coverage

Clear communicator with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience working with affluent or VIP clients

Industry designations such as CISR, CIC, or CPRM are a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Familiarity with agency management systems

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a trusted resource for clients while working closely with a collaborative personal lines team. Onsite role but will do hybrid for the right candidate.
