A Day in the Life of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at First Onsite, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's visibility and growth. Each day brings new opportunities to collaborate with creative and dynamic teams – developing marketing materials, managing engaging social media campaigns, and supporting the execution of impactful sales initiatives. You'll play a key role in organizing promotional events, conducting market research, and ensuring our messaging connects with the right audiences at the right time.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, turning ideas into results. Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, you'll help ensure every campaign is aligned, effective, and optimized for success.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver regional marketing requests from concept to completion, collaborating with creative, content, and cross‑functional teams
Support sales leadership with Salesforce reporting, prospect research, and business‑development tools
Serve as local marketing expert, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and practical guidance for sales teams
Maintain regional marketing materials, promotional inventory, and budgets
Plan and execute customer events, Lunch & Learns, trade‑show participation, and regional conferences
Develop regional customer stories, case studies, and social media content aligned with corporate guidelines
Assist in onboarding new sales members to marketing platforms and tools
Provide marketing solutions and guidance across multiple regions to support sales growth and retention
Travel to industry and company events as needed (approx. 10%)
Experience & Education
1+ years of experience in working with large and diverse teams
3+ years of experience working in a previous marketing position
Experience with Canva and Adobe
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Bachelor's degree, preferred
