Compensation: $19.00-$24.00/hr
What You’ll Do:
Depending on size of dealership – scope of responsibilities may include all or some combination of any of the below duties.
Work with sales staff on contract, funding, titling issues
Maintain Security of any/all nonpublic documents and client information
Funding Duties
Locate trade titling/ensure proper signatures & lien release information
Support CS/AE, with printing and review of documents
Collection of lender stipulations
Ensure Rebate, Contracts, Due bill, VSC and related schedules in Tekion are maintained
Manage contracts in transit to ensure proper cash flow
Review each car deal for missing or incomplete paperwork in preparation for biller
P&L (environmental package) - accessories scheduling
CIT spreadsheets / and or reporting to all managers
Submit all contracts to the bank for payment
