In accordance with client requirements, candidates must be eligible and willing to work on a W2 basis. Our W2 consultants enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan. We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who lives and breathes quality — especially when it comes to Salesforce. If you’ve worked hands‑on with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, automation frameworks, and multi‑org environments, this role is right up your alley. You’ll take the lead in making sure Salesforce releases are stable, scalable, and production‑ready. That means owning both manual and automated testing, validating complex integrations and AppExchange solutions, and ensuring test data is clean, reliable, and well managed. If you think like a quality engineer (not just a tester), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the quality strategy
– Design and execute solid test plans and strategies across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated systems. Functional, regression, integration, system, UAT – you’ll cover it all.
Level up automation
– Build, maintain, and improve automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and API automation tools. Strengthen test coverage and help speed up delivery cycles.
Validate everything end‑to‑end
– Test Apex, flows, configurations, integrations, and data integrity using SOQL and API testing tools like Postman. Make sure workflows work exactly as expected from start to finish.
Manage test data like a pro
– Handle data creation, masking, refresh strategies, and multi‑org test data management to ensure clean, reliable environments.
Reduce production risk
– Find issues early in the Agile lifecycle, track defects in Azure DevOps (or similar tools), and work closely with developers to get them resolved quickly.
Support releases
– Run smoke tests, validate production deployments, and make sure releases go smoothly.
Be a leader
– Mentor junior QA team members, represent QA in requirement reviews, and help improve overall QA processes and standards.
What You’ll Need
6+ years in software QA, including 3+ years testing Salesforce applications
Strong experience with Salesforce architecture (standard & custom objects, flows, validation rules, security, integrations)
Hands‑on automation experience with Selenium or Playwright
API testing experience (REST, Postman, RestSharp, RestAssured)
Solid SOQL skills for backend validation and troubleshooting
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar defect tracking tools
Familiarity with multi‑org Salesforce environments and release cycles
Experience with object‑oriented languages like C#, Java, or Python
Knowledge of BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber) is a plus
Strong test data management skills (data seeding, masking, validation)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear test scenarios
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
