The Role We’re hiring a
Scriptwriter
who understands why videos go viral. This role is about inventing new hit ideas, reviving existing formats before they burn out, and writing scripts engineered for
retention and AVD , not just jokes.
What You’ll Do
Write scripts for challenges, pranks, reactions, and character-driven formats
Create original viral concepts and re-ignite proven trends
Structure scripts to maximize
retention, pacing, and AVD
Collaborate closely with producers and talent in fast-moving brainstorms
Match Zhong’s voice: upbeat, chaotic, funny, and family-friendly
Join select on-site days in
West Hollywood
What We’re Looking For
Experience writing for YouTube (challenge/prank content preferred)
3 years minimum experience
Strong grasp of
YouTube analytics : retention curves, AVD, drop-offs
Sharp instincts for Gen Alpha pacing and humor
Familiar with creators like Zhong, Stokes Twins, Ben Azelart, NichLmao, Preston, and Topper Guild
Based in LA or able to commute to West Hollywood
Compensation: Competitive + performance-based bonus, 80-120K
