Location: 52 South Broad Street, Norwich, NY 13815
Pay: $18.50 - $20.81 an hour

Job Description The role of the Relationship Banking Associate is to deliver high‑quality customer service and responsiveness to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. The individual will process routine transactions accurately, ensure policy compliance, identify sales opportunities, and support consumer deposit account openings.
Responsibilities
Process routine transactions and general customer/account servicing duties with high accuracy and efficiency; maintain records, prepare forms & reports, and perform daily vault balancing.
Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address needs; conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers.
Engage in referral and relationship management and provide support for new deposit account opening as required.
Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer‑service experience.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer‑relations skills; problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills.
