
Job Title – Salesforce Business Analyst (SFDC BA)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid — Local candidates only)
Position Type: Subcontract (Subcon)
Note:
Need only local resource and Agentforce experience highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
10+ years overall IT experience
Minimum 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Experience Cloud or Industry Clouds preferred
Agentforce experience highly desirable (AI‑driven agent workflows, productivity enhancements, and next‑best‑action enablement)
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, CRM processes, and business workflows
Solid experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and process mapping
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management with a collaborative, consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities Requirements & Business Analysis
Work directly with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce initiatives
Conduct workshops, interviews, JAD sessions to understand business needs
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Perform gap analysis and help drive business process redesign leveraging Salesforce capabilities
Apply Agentforce knowledge to improve agent workflows, service automation, and user engagement
Collaboration & Project Support
Partner with Solution Architects and functional leads to ensure solution alignment
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements
Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT preparation, and testing support
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success
Provide post‑deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and resolution of issues
Documentation
Prepare and maintain:
BRDs, FRDs
User stories and acceptance criteria
Process maps
Test scripts and UAT documentation
Training materials and release notes
Pre‑Sales & Advisory Support
Participate in pre‑sales efforts by contributing to requirement scoping, estimations, and presentations when needed
Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on how Salesforce (including Agentforce) can solve business challenges.
Additional Requirements
Must be local to Princeton, NJ or within commuting distance (NY/NJ area) due to hybrid onsite needs
Agentforce experience is now a strong preference and will be prioritized in evaluation
