What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track Sales and Marketing KPIs
Conduct complex analyses on Go-to-Market effectiveness, including channel performance and campaign ROI
Develop predictive models for forecasting funnel performance and resource allocation
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Analyze customer data to refine ideal customer profiles and improve targeting accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in a SaaS/Subscription-based business
Expert SQL skills for querying complex datasets
Advanced proficiency in a major Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical results to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt)
Background in FP&A related to Go-to-Market or Sales & Marketing Analytics
Experience with statistical analysis or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced modeling
