About the Role The Weatherspoon Agency (TWA) is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Life Benefits Specialists. In this role, you will work with members of affiliated unions and associations who have requested information about their benefits.
This position offers structured training, professional development, and long-term career growth in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with union and association members who have requested benefits information
Educate clients on available life insurance and supplemental benefit options
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Support policyholders throughout the enrollment process
Maintain all licensing and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Must reside in Georgia
(Or currently hold an active Life, Accident & Health license in FL, NC, OH, SC, or TN)
No prior insurance experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Coachable and open to ongoing training
Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing (licensing support available)
