Role Description Complete Construction Service is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial projects in the KC Metro and surrounding region.
This role is designed for a leader who takes pride in running organized, professional jobsites and proactively driving safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all day‑to‑day jobsite operations
Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and workflow
Protect project schedules and maintain production momentum
Enforce safety standards and site compliance
Oversee quality control and workmanshipIdentify and resolve issues before they impact the project
Maintain clear documentation and reporting
Communicate confidently with PMs, clients, and trade partners
Drive punch list completion and closeout execution
Qualifications
Proven experience leading commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination
Solid working knowledge of construction safety standards
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally
Effective communicator with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency with construction software / documentation tools
Procore experience is a plus
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional certifications are a plus
