Job Details The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day‑to‑day on‑site leadership of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects that reflect owner‑level care and attention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety‑first culture
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily work activities
Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflictsEnsure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with project management, owners, and design teams
Maintain daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and site documentation
Mentor field personnel and foster a collaborative, owner‑minded jobsite culture
