Senior SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist (Trades Experience Preferred)
Location: Remote (US-Based Only)
Type: Part-Time Contractor (1099)
Hours: 10–14 hours per week
Pay: $50–$60/hour + Performance Bonus

About Us We are a performance-driven HVAC and Roofing company building long-term digital authority. We are not looking for a blog writer or AI content generator. We are looking for someone who understands how to build topical authority, structured SEO systems, and AI search visibility. We already have content support staff in place. This role is strategy + optimization + oversight.
Responsibilities
Develop SEO content architecture for HVAC and Roofing
Build topical authority clusters
Optimize service + city pages
Guide structured data and schema implementation
Improve visibility in:
Google organic
Google AI Overviews
ChatGPT / Gemini citations
Conduct technical SEO audits
Oversee blog strategy and internal linking
Repurpose content across blog, video, FAQ, and search properties
Monitor Search Console + keyword performance
Provide simple weekly reporting and strategy updates
Required Experience
Proven SEO experience in home services (HVAC, roofing preferred)
Understanding of:
Entity-based SEO
Schema markup
AI search visibility strategies
Topical authority frameworks
Experience with tools like:
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Surfer / Clearscope
GA4 / Search Console
Ability to guide junior content staff
Ability to explain ranking strategy clearly
Weekly Commitment
10–14 consistent hours per week
Structured weekly SEO planning session
Clear KPI focus on authority growth
Compensation
$50–$60/hour
