
We are looking for a part-time Transaction Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and escrow companies. This position requires attention to detail, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time, maintaining communication with clients and team members, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Paperwork & Document Management:Reviewing contracts, managing disclosure documents, and ensuring all necessary legal paperwork is signed and filed correctly.
Deadline & Contingency Tracking:Monitoring deadlines as well as managing and tracking contract contingencies until they are met.
Communication Hub:Acting as a central point of contact and providing regular updates and information to all involved parties.
Scheduling & Coordination: Arranging and coordinating appointments for property inspections, appraisals, and the final pre-closing walkthrough.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensuring the transaction complies with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, and maintaining organized, accurate records of all transaction details and documents.
Closing Support:Working with the title and escrow companies to ensure all closing documents are prepared, signed, and submitted on time, leading to a smooth and successful closing
Qualifications:
Previous experience with real estate closings (preferably with a title company)
