Key Responsibilities:
Help lead and manage the firm’s tax practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Oversee complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering proactive guidance on tax strategies, financial planning, and risk management.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Collaborate with other partners to set firm-wide goals, drive business development, and promote growth initiatives.
