You will join our
Business Transformation Salesforce Business Analyst team
which is focused on
implementation and customization of the new core applications ecosystem with contains CRM based on Salesforce, ERP systems
as main brand applications within the Arrow ECS
EMEA region .
On a daily basis you will
interact with internal and external stakeholders
from different countries
to enhance and develop our CRM implementation .
Your role will be to
cooperate with business clients , evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view. Among your tasks, you will be responsible for
ensuring the quality
and
support our business community as subject matter expert.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Establish and maintain the ongoing
evaluation of business processes
across the EMEA region.
Delivery of key documents for
simplifying pan-EMEA decisions
regarding changes in the process and functional / reporting requests. Scope of the key decisions includes:
Key decision definition
Benefits / risks analysis
Various plans explanation
Financial impact / model and statistics
Recommendations
Proposal of implementation plan
Decision sign off
Gathering functional requirements and priorities
from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT.
Acts as
the single point of contact for the business community
for business requirements.
Responsible for
managing the review and validation of functional specification
documents.
Managing
user acceptance tests
of delivered solutions.
Monitoring whole process and
thinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports
and ROI measurements.

analytical skills
and attention to detail are also desired.
Skills/Experience Required:
At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
Experience in
CRM implementations .
Able to analyze functional needs and requirements from technical point of view.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently when needed.
Knowledge of tools: Microsoft
Visio, Power Point .
Skillset on Salesforce platform and technology (Agile project methodology)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics suite will be a plus.
