Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney

to join our Charlotte, NC office. Whether you're a

recent law school graduate

or an attorney with

1-3 years of experience , this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a

What You'll Do

Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.

Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top‑notch service.

What You'll Need

JD from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (required); South Carolina license is a plus.

Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.

Experience in residential real estate law is helpful but not required—we will train the right person!
