As a Digital Identity & Authentication Subject Matter Expert, you will have a vital role in enhancing user experiences, minimizing risks, and improving operational efficiency through powerful identity solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, and Saviynt.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Assessment
Evaluate current application access and security postures. Perform maturity assessments and benchmarks for Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Analyze IAM data to deliver actionable insights for improvement. Develop comprehensive IAM strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
Solution Design & Implementation
Design and implement advanced identity and authentication solutions. Create secure cloud IAM architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Deploy key IAM services including user provisioning and access management. Streamline processes for centralized cloud access provisioning.
Access Management & Governance
Establish standards for access management using SAML, OAuth, and SCIM. Assist clients with privileged access, role-based management, and compliance pursuits.
Client Engagement
Align security goals with business objectives and communicate effectively with clients. Share insights on security trends and risk mitigation strategies. Deliver high-quality services and engaging presentations to clients.
Skills & Attributes for Success In-depth understanding of IAM technologies and cybersecurity trends. Experience with user provisioning, role-based access control, and directory services. Knowledge of access control concepts, including SAML and LDAP. Strong skills in process definition, workflow design, and mapping. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A genuine curiosity and passion for cybersecurity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 6-8 years of experience in the field (or 3-5 years with a graduate degree). Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, Saviynt, or similar solutions. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred. Willingness to travel as required. Why EY?
