3 Month Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: Calculate costs and time factors to prepare precise estimates based on customer orders and RFQs. Identify and evaluate potential vendors or subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency. Analyze data to ascertain material and labor needs. Engage with customers, vendors, and team members to discuss estimates and resolve any challenges. Maintain strong relationships with customers to boost sales volumes and margins. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in estimating material costs and labor. 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency with decimals, fractions, and metric conversions. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, purchase orders, and procedural manuals.
