Hourly rate:
$18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience

Rolla & Cuba, MO
Key Responsibilities
Able to read blueprints/plot plans, figure concrete, and set forms
Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards
Assist in form installation, rebar installation, and placing and finishing concrete
Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, and willing to learn
Safety and production driven
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
