About the Role Are you passionate about wellness, sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? The NOW Massage Greenwood Village is seeking a dynamic and driven Experience Guide to join our team! In this front-facing role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the boutique welcoming guests, customizing their experience, and driving membership and retail sales.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong sales and customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, and stylish environment.

What You’ll Do

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

Promote and sell memberships, enhancements, and gift cards

Educate guests on massage styles, retail products, and wellness benefits

Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately

Ensure the boutique and guest areas are clean, calm, and beautifully presented

Open and close the boutique following standard procedures

Handle guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving finesse

Collaborate with team and leadership to support a smooth, uplifting workplace

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience and confidence in driving results

Strong customer service background in a hospitality, wellness, or retail setting

Excellent communication and listening skills

Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping people feel their best

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

A team player who uplifts others and embraces a positive culture
