About the role
As an Oracle Fusion ERP Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle ERP and Fusion Financials implementations. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Transformation team and work collaboratively with PMO leadership, global delivery teams, and business and IT stakeholders across Europe, the US, and India.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives in partnership with the PMO.
Coordinate globally distributed teams and ensure alignment across regions and workstreams.
Manage stakeholder engagement, governance, and executive-level communications including status reporting.
Drive change management activities including SOP development, training, and communication strategies.
Oversee testing execution, readiness, and daily reporting to ensure quality delivery.
Work model:
Parsippany, NJ or Atlanta, GA, remote with travel for project milestones possible
What you need to have to be considered
15+ years of experience working with Oracle platforms.
Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle ERP and Fusion Financials.
Proven track record delivering multiple large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Strong program and people management skills with a focus on mentoring and leadership.
Ability to challenge the status quo and resolve complex, program-level delivery challenges.
These will help you stand out
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Certifications or experience related to Artificial Intelligence.
Experience working in highly matrixed, global delivery environments.
Strong executive presence with experience creating leadership-level presentations.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 - $183,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
