Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
to join our Provo team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling calls, and supporting a fast-paced service business. No prior pest control or customer service experience is required — we provide training. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with pest control technicians
Assist customers with questions related to services, billing, and account updates
Accurately document customer interactions and service notes
Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level role — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling or CRM software
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
