The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline hero for our clients, handling inquiries, providing top-tier support, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless order processes. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver prompt, high-quality service that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Resolve concerns and orders while maintaining clear, professional communication.
Work with production and sales teams to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in organization, multitasking, and using computers/customer service tools.
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred – bonus if in printing or related fields!
