Door Pro America is an industry‑leading, local garage door service and installation company serving the Washington DC Area. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Gainesville, VA!
Our CSRs are the heart of the company, making sure every homeowner has an amazing experience from the first call to the final service and garage door installation. You’ll be chatting with customers about our products and services, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and helping solve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Our CSRs work in a fast‑paced environment and every single day is different and an opportunity to learn and grow within the organization – so if you’re organized, punctual, efficient, and love helping people, you’ll fit right in!

A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with customers
A problem solver who can think on their feet
Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls, outgoing calls and voicemails
Communicating with customers effectively by answering questions, selling and scheduling consultations and services, and resolving issues
Working closely with our operations teams
Using software to include HubSpot, RingCentral, Microsoft Business Suites, and other necessary software
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, sales, dispatch or related fields
Strong and clear phone presence and efficient communication
Active listening and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
