Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.### ### The Oracle Health Program Delivery Director serves as the senior delivery leader for large-scale Oracle Health (OH) implementations. Our Program Delivery Directors are accountable for end-to-end program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, governance, risk management, and vendor coordination. The Directors partners closely with executive stakeholders, clinical and operational leaders, and Oracle Health to ensure successful, high-quality delivery while protecting patient safety, revenue integrity and business continuity.### As the Oracle Health Program Delivery Director, you will:* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex Oracle Health implementations across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, data, training, and cutover domains* Direct and manage project teams, ensuring alignment to delivery methodology, milestones, and quality standards* Own program governance, including executive steering, change control, and decision escalation* Manage program financials, including budget forecasting, resourcing, and delivery KPIs* Oversee enterprise‑level risk, issue, and change management with clear mitigation strategies* Serve as a primary executive point of contact for client leadership and Oracle Health* Coordinate cross‑vendor dependencies and drive issue resolution when delivery risks arise* Ensure contractual compliance, scope control, and alignment between approved work and executionRequired:* Minimum of three (3) full end‑to‑end Oracle Health implementations, from planning through go‑live and stabilization* Proven experience leading large, complex healthcare technology programs* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior clinical, operational, IT, and vendor stakeholders* Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical and revenue cycle workflows* Demonstrated strength in program governance, financial management, and risk mitigation* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills### ## ****Position Level****Contractor### ## ****Country****At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
