
We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Brand Strategy Lead to support the execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy. This role will play a vital part in operationalizing a unified and differentiated brand presence across segments, regions, and touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Creative Strategy, this individual will help bring the Citi Wealth brand to life—ensuring consistent design, clear messaging, and strategic alignment across all client-facing experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical rigor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience in campaign execution, brand systems, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
Support execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy and identity system across channels and regions. Partner with internal teams including design, content, and marketing to support the development and execution of brand and campaign work. Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for brand initiatives to ensure timely and consistent execution across stakeholders. Conduct research and benchmarking to inform creative development, messaging, and visual expression. Support ongoing competitive and category analysis, using insights to inform brand and creative direction. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and adoption of brand guidelines, visual toolkits, and internal communications to promote brand system understanding and adoption. Help ensure consistency in design, voice, and messaging across marketing, content, and sales materials. Coordinate with external agencies, creative vendors, and internal contributors to support the delivery of high-quality brand assets. Support presentations and storytelling to advocate for the brand internally and externally. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing execution, or creative operations. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale brand initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits. Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike. Education
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred Key Competencies
