Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Listing Coordinator for an on‑site, full‑time position located in Winter Park, FL. The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing property listings on multiple platforms, supporting agents with all aspects of the listing process, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and agents. Additional responsibilities include client relationship management, updating the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) accurately and on time, and providing administrative assistance to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Experience with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems and their functionalities
Knowledge of Real Estate practices, including Residential Real Estate
Organizational proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Detail‑oriented and efficient in maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
Proficiency in common office software and technology tools
Prior relevant experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable
