Alpha Solar is looking for a motivated and friendly
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
to join our Orlando team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and learning new skills. You'll be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their solar journey. No prior solar experience is required — we provide training. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers professionally and efficiently Answer questions related to solar installations, project timelines, billing, and general inquiries Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments Accurately document customer interactions in our system Resolve basic issues and elevate more complex concerns when needed Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication Represent Alpha Solar with a positive, helpful attitude Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level role — customer service experience is a plus but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interest in renewable energy is a bonus What We Offer
