
Essential Functions
The Outreach Liaison is responsible for participating in a comprehensive, statewide outreach program. They focus on building positive relationships and business with all facets of the market, including primary care providers, subspecialty care providers, and other healthcare organizations. They interact with patients’ families, other hospital staff, and referring physicians and facilities in a professional manner.
Experience Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in a physician practice or equivalent capacity
Education Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing, or related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business, Nursing, or related field
Skills and Abilities
Clear, concise communication in person and on the phone, with strong interpersonal skills
A positive, empathetic, non‑judgmental interaction style with patients, physicians, co‑workers, and the public
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without direct supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of physician outreach and the concerns of referring providers and organizations
