Parts Advisor
will serve as a key connection between our service department, wholesale accounts, and retail customers by researching, quoting, and processing parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering great service.
What you'll do
Research and quote parts for internal service technicians, wholesale accounts, and walk-in customers
Maintain accurate bin locations and a reliable stocking system for quick access to parts
Handle invoicing, cashier responsibilities, and payment processing with accuracy
Ensure proper pricing, maintain expected gross margins, and monitor part availability
Collaborate with the Parts Warehouse Logistics Assistant to coordinate deliveries and stock flow
Provide friendly, professional service while assisting customers with parts-related needs
What we're looking for
Prior experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive dealership/aftermarket setting preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer proficiency with inventory/order management systems
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and stock control
