What You’ll Do: As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our outreach and engagement efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Networking & Relationship Building Attend local events, connect with professionals, and follow up to nurture meaningful relationships.
Website Management Keep our online presence fresh and up-to-date with the latest content and updates.
Marketing Collateral Creation Help design and develop brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Social Media Management Create engaging content and manage our social channels to grow our audience.
Event Planning and Promotion Organize and promote both on-site and off-site marketing events.
AI-Powered Outreach Use cutting-edge AI tools to build smart, effective outreach campaigns.
✉️Newsletter Development Craft compelling email and print newsletters that keep our audience informed and engaged.
Lead Follow-Up Make outgoing calls to follow up on marketing leads and build connections.
️Sales Presentation Support Assist in creating impactful presentations and sales materials.
Who You Are: Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
Tech-curious and open to using new tools (especially AI!)
Organized and detail-oriented
A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and communication

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
