In this role, you act as a consultant for homeowners, helping them navigate the complexities of roof replacement and insurance claims. This is for the Trailblazer who can build trust quickly and manage a sales cycle from start to finish. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES Prospecting: Building a steady stream of leads through networking and canvassing. Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to document storm damage. Negotiation: Presenting solutions and closing deals in the field. Urgency: Following up on every opportunity and tracking your own metrics. THE PAYOFF Uncapped Commissions: Earning potential of $10,000-$25,000+ per month. Freedom: A 1099 structure that rewards ownership and independence.
